Welcome to the first meeting of Bit Better Book Club! We are starting a new and exciting chapter of our small but mighty community and it’s good to have you with us.
This month we are discussing the book “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg. At its core, “The Power of Habit” contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, being more productive, and achieving success is understanding how habits work. How interesting is that?
Points we’ll be talking about include (but not limited to):
- The habit loop
- Introducing new habits
- Replacing bad habits
- Interesting habits around creativity, personal growth, and health
Don’t worry if you haven’t read the book - our little soiree is open to everyone! But if you’d like to get the key insights in less than 20 minutes, check out the Blinkist summary with their 7-day free trial: https://blinkist.o6eiov.net/1aknD
Please RSVP and add the date to your calendar (using the buttons at the top of the calendar invite). Can’t wait to see you!
